Brookhaven – Beaverdam Creek Clean Up

The Great South Bay will only be as healthy as the 50 creeks leading into it. Join our Brookhaven Creek Defender as we team up with the Center for Environmental Education and Discovery on Sunday, April 1st from 10 AM – 12 PM to clean up along Beaverdam Creek by removing debris that is clogging and choking it.
Refreshments generously provided by Starbucks!
All are welcome – scouts, students, families, local organizations, company teams, etc.
Download the Clean Swell app to help us track what debris is being picked up. Then pick a buddy and get bags, pickers, disposable gloves, safety vests & a map of your designated clean up area. Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and waterproof shoes/boots. Community service available.
