Michael Busch of Bellport takes News12 out to The Old Inlet/Breach to show them how much healthier that part of the bay has become since Sandy created it six months ago — fluke, sea turtles, seal, osprey, clear waters — and how the bay continues to be threatened by septic tank seepage and street runoff, which are triggering massive algae blooms in areas away from the breach, where the bay is not being properly flushed.
