Update: Many many thanks to Pete Judge, Bay Shore local and video editor extraordinaire, for volunteering his talents for the cause.  Thanks too to Nick Russell for offering background music for the video.  A portion of the sales of his album Talisman (referring of course to the FI beach) go to Save The Great South Bay. I will always remember fondly the release party for it at the late, great Grey Horse in .Bayport where our org was born.
Here is what they were able to accomplish on a shoestring.  Here is Tom Kain, Bay Shore Creek Defender, in his waders for the cause:
Save The Great South Bay, under the auspices of Seatuck, and in conjunction with Keep Islip Clean, The Bay Shore First Baptist Church (our staging area!), The Bay Shore Beautification Society, The Rotary Club of Bay Shore, The Bay Shore High School Interact Club and The Great South Bay YMCA will be participating in a clean up of Penataquit Creek on May 4th.
Staging begins at 9 AM at the The First Baptist Church of Bay Shore at 175 Second Avenue. Click Here to Volunteer
